2010 Brings the 100 year celebration of BSA and the 60th year of Troop 330!
It is our intention to deliver the best Scouting program that we can develop. Our leadership will be trained to "Deliver the Promise" as described by Lord Baden-Powell. The program presented by Troop 330 is well rounded. There is backpacking, cycling, kayaking, hiking, fishing, swimming, camping, and many other character building activities. To teach the scouts the value of community via participation in various community service projects. To teach leadership skills via the methods of scouting. To provide a nurturing yet challenging environment for the boys in their transition from 11 year old boys to 18 year old young men. At the end of the Scouting Trail there may or may not be the production of an Eagle; however there will definitely be a confident young man who the community, his family and peers would be proud of.
